Manager Refuses to Correct Their Situation
“01/10/2023 Dump Station was occupied by a Trailer that was there for Repair which caused my Trailer to be 25ft short from the fresh water spigot. Spoke to the Employees and manager to borrow a hose extension and they refused even though they created the problem. The Manager didn't care when I told him I also came in for a $400 purchase and now I was going elsewhere due to their poor Customer Service. Stay Away from these Horse Hats.” -

Terrible Service
“Had an RV Tech appointment at my location for 11am today. I made the appointment 5 days ago. They were a no show. Called them several time and was assured they would be here. It is now 6:12pm and still no phone call or tech. I would say this service sucks and I do not like being lied too by anyone. I still had to give them 1 star to post this review. That sucks also.” -

Their service is terrible.
“I went to Gamblers on 01/05/16 and made an appointment to have a RV technician come to my location (PitStop RV) on 01/09/16 to install a washer/dryer in my 5th wheel. The appointment was for 11:00 AM. They never showed up or called. I contacted them at 12:15pm and was advised the tech was busy in the office and would call me before he came. I called again at 1:40pm and was told the same thing. At 3:00pm I called and asked if the tech was coming to install my washer/dryer. I was assured he would be coming to my location. It is now 4:02pm and still no call or technician. I had to give 1 star to post this, but they do not deserve it. ” -
