Nothing is ever their fault, Horrible Customer Service
“I places an order ($1450) for an awning which clearly states 2-3 week delivery (you even have to sign agreeing to it) but when the 3 weeks rolls around nothing. You contact them (by the way they don't have phones only on line chat) they blame everyone else and offer nothing in return for not living up to a written agreement. I contacted the actual product manufacture (Lippert) and they told me that they had informed RV Parts Country earlier in the season that this is their busy season and that it will take longer for shipping, yet RV Parts country still has this on their website knowing full well they can't deliver in that time frame. Almost 7 weeks later I finally received all of my order, Totally misleading... Yet when you call them on it they will do nothing for you... Spend your money somewhere else....” -

“After having less than positive experiences with the local (ie Nashville) Camping World, I saw a review on line for the store at Bowling Green. Absolutely wonderful experience. Not only did they fix all the little problems the RV was having, the service manager walked me through the RV and gave me tips and a huge boost of confidence. I am not the bumbling baboon I thought I was, and now am enjoying my RV without panic attacks. Thank you so very much for all your help!!!!” -

“My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Alpine 3450 FL from Candys.\nThe Salesman Brian was open and honest with us from the beginning. We had visited several times before we gave any indication we were in the market for a new Fifth wheel. Candys work with us in regards to our financial situation as well. We never felt pressured by ANY of the employees there. Rick The service director introduced us to our new Alpine and showed us how EVERYTHING operates. He took his time and spoke in easy to understand language.We have been back for service and the way we were treated after the sale is as good as before we bought one ! A+++”
