  “We have had nothing but good experiences at Chesaco RV, just picking up the 4th unit we've purchased from them. This is the only place to do business in the state. As far as these other reviews,total opposite of my experience.”

  “Having no success with our selling dealer, we brought out Outback to Chesaco RV, and they addressed all of our warranty repairs. Most dealers do not welcome service from people who purchased elsewhere, but Chesaco did, took great care of us, and we will certainly consider them in the future.”

  “They have No customer service what so ever.They do not talk among themselves, and do not have a clue what they schedule and who is bringing in what for service. Forget about having them order parts for you! Save yourself a headache and stay clear! They are rude and ignorant on top of it all. They need to clean house and start over or go out of business as far as I am concerned.”

  “The service department is making them loase business. It took a month for them to get me in for body damage caused from a blown tire. On the first weekend of November I met the tech left my camper and he said it should be ready by Jan, 5. Two weeks into Jan. the service mgr calls me and said they are ready to work on it so bring it in. I told them they had it for 1 1/2 months already. It is now the middle of March and they keep giving me the run-around. They have the parts (hopefully the right ones) and haven't touched it.”

  “I have never had a good experience with the service department. I took a camper up there that was under warranty because the top started to corrode. They tried to charge me $300 for the work. I have had to take a scooter back for multiple repairs and they damaged the kickstand and they are claiming that they didn't do it. Too many RV places in the area to have crappy service.”

  “I found the service department very unhelpful and rude. I took a day off from work to pick up my motorhome after having them complete extensive repairs. I found damage to my motorhome caused by Chesaco's neglect, and their reply was that they would look at it in the afternoon and get back to me. They also suggested that I call my insurance company to file a claim. They didn't even have the time to walk out to the coach with me to look at my concerns. I am supposed to pick it up next Wednesday, and I can't wait to INSPECT their work.”
