Reliable Imports And RV's
Just WONDERFUL service
“While on an extensive three-week 3,000 road trip, I realized I had failed to schedule an oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata before starting our trip that originated in Eldersburg, MD on April 7. During our travels we stopped at several Hyundai dealerships using the GPS and were told at one facility we would have to wait one-day, and the other for two-days. When leaving Springfield, MO on April 19, we stopped at Reliable Imports and RV and spoke to Cody Ballay, a very pleasant and understanding young man. Without hesitation he took the keys and showed us to the waiting area. It is service like this that should not go unrecognized. We appreciate the assistance and the kindness at this facility and wanted you to know the value of your staff.” -

RV Anywhere Mobile RV Service
Only RV Anywhere
“Who else would come out in this type of weather and be accomodating about it. Only one company we could find, RV Anywhere. Our first time calling, but very impressed with every aspect of their business. Helpful, courteous, and professional. They couldn't get out for a few hours but it was worth the wait. We thought we were in for a mobile service beating. The were not only everything already mentioned, but the cheapest too. Afterward we went on the Internet to learn more about this company. If we weren't in a panic we would have done that in the first place, and not wasted time calling anyone else. Do yourself a favor look them up on your own and call them. I beleive the furnace actually works better than it did when it was new. Keep up the good work Gentlemen, and good luch in your expansions to the Florida Keys and Lake of the Ozarks. Just don't take this oofice with you. Your friends, The Edwards” -

Horrible Service
“I recently took my car to have a simple oil change at the service center at reliable imports and let me tell you it will be the last time. It took them 1 and a half hours to change my oil. There were only 3 other customer in the waiting room with me, they arrived after me and left before me. WTF!! Unacceptable!! I voiced my concerns with the customer service representative and he shrugged it off as no big deal. Thanks pal! I wouldn't recommend my best friend nor my worst enemy to this service center. Stay Away!!!!” -

Checkbook Parasites!
“I had my Subaru towed to Reliable for a diagnostics test. The quote for the diagnostics test was about $90. The results showed that two fuel injectors would need replaced--a job Reliable bid at $900 for both. I immediately stated that I did not want the work preformed at that price. I called two other local shops and was quoted $400 for all parts and labor. When the time came to pay my diagnostics bill, they said that it would be approx. $120 PLUS an additional charge to put the car back together from the diagnostics test!!!!! Apparently, the $100 for the diagnostics test does not include reassembly!!! ...ironic, because it is almost all done with a computer and does not involve much, if any, disassembly! After complaining about the irrational charge, they agreed to put it back together for free... lucky me. The service rep I spoke with worked very hard to incorporate additional costs. I do not intend to explain my entire experience in detail. Moral of the story: Reliable provided a malicious sales approach that has lost a future customer. ”
