  Quality work...if you got the time and money!

  “Technician did fantastic work. The quality was really really good. However, it took them almost 3 months due to the failure of their staff to get parts ordered and delivered in a timely manner. In one situation I had to go to the store myself to straighten out an ordering flaw and get it rush delivered. Myers staff was unable to carry out this simple task in communication. They also installed the linoleum, due to their lack of attention, with the wood grains running the opposite way from the original. At the end of it all they made us pay for their mistake on the linoleum. It confirms that the new way of service in America is pay for our mistakes, 'cause they cost us too much money. I don't understand why the customer needs to pay for their administrative mistakes. Also, never expect a phone call. If we wanted to know any progress or be in on any decisions we had to take the initiative to go by or to call. Funny that a simple call about the wood grain direction on the linoleum would have solved a lot of problems. What would that take like 2 minutes? If that!”
