Service fail
“Paid $76,000 cash before taxes for new motorhome in late Dec. Everyone was very friendly. Had problems the day we drove it off the lot and have only been able to use it once since, because it keeps having to be towed to sprinter dealer who found problems Chilhowee should fix. Unfortunately, they say they'll have to keep it for a long time because they're backed up. Can we say service fail????” -

“Bought a boat 2 weeks ago, after 1 weekend took back for service they did nothing. Had a flat on way home called they did nothing. No service after sale at all. 18,000 sale got to find a place to service boat now.”
