  “We had purchased our Stratus horse trailer w/living quarters at the end of 2009 from the quarter horse congress. We brought the trailer home and put it in the barn and got it out the next Spring to use it. Every time that we pulled it with the running lights on, it blew a fuse in the truck. We ruled out that its not the truck. Made an appt. and took our trailer in and after things supposible being fixed, things never got fixed, but the problem was getting worse. Then we found out that our trailer actually has no manufactures warrenty because when we were signing the paper work Bison was going bankrupt, but everyone neglected to tell us that, but were very happy to make a sale and take our money. After 1 month of not having our trailer, it not getting fixed, calling the service dept and not getting our calls returned, and making numerous calls and leaving messages with the corperate director Ed Under, we never get our calls returned and never have gotten our trailer fixed. But they say they would be happy to give us a deal and fix it, but it will cost over $1000.00. So now we have a brand new trailer that we can't pull at night and will probably have to fix ourselves.”

  “will never go there again you can tell tom dont run this place anymore had a few problems and all upper management do is lie any place ran like this wont last very long the word gets around”
