  “I don't understand the problems these people have had. They did have a mechanic that wasn't doing very well but he is gone now. The parts department is operated by Eddie and he will bend over backwards to help you. The sales force there are great people. Don't let one apple spoil you views on this place. Every where will have a problem and will fix their problem. You just got there at a bad time and now the problem is gone so give them another try and you will be amazed at the result. Will always trade with these people and know them well since we have been going there.”

  “We paid cash for our used 1997 Coachman Leprauchan Motorhome. We were told when we came back the motorhome would be ready to go. Not only was it not ready, but they did not repair the water leak or the propane leak as we were told they would. The motorhome was not clean. The carpet was filthy except where they put plastic over some of it. We had been told the exhaust fans would be clean and this didn't happen either. We have spent two weeks getting the motorhome ready to go on a trip, only to find that there is a water leak and a propane leak that will have to be fixed before we can hit the road. I will not go back to Sonny's for service because of this treatment. For a christian company, someone forgot to let them know that not being upfront with problems is not christian. We are not wealthy so we've never owned a motorhome before and had no clue what to look for. This was a truly bad experience. Granted they were all smiles while they were takeing our money, but when we questioned why things weren't done that we had been told would be done, we were told that it had cost them too much money to fix the water leak and propane leak. Imagine that, they weren't fixed.”
