  “I wrote a review just a few months ago and stated I was so pleased with the work and service I received from Genesis that whatever came up next I looked forward to having Genesis work on my RV. Well...let me put it this way...it was nothing short of a MIRACLE that I was on my way to Genesis (simply to have my generator looked at) when my rig started sevely pulling to the right and my brakes all but gave out. Two nights and three days later I was back on the road but not before literally being brought to tears at how respectfully my repairs and finacial situation was handled. In addition to major brake work I found myself with a shattered rear window and urgent leak repairs needed. Being a full time RVer all of this combined had me briefly questioning my decision to live in my RV. It took almost 4 days to solve the series of issues that came up...but every step along the way thanks to Owner Brian Holthe, his right hand man Jamie, technician Ken and with many thanks to Wade's assistance every concern I had was addressed kindly, imformatively and above all else I knew #1 my safety was in the BEST OF HANDS!
  I am staying the course with my RV, and I owe my positive outlook on doing so to Genesis. If by chance you are reading this review to decide where to take your RV or automobile for repair...TRULY consider yourself fortunate...You need not look any further...CALL BRIAN, tell him Kathy sent you AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF WHAT AN EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS GENESIS IS!”

  “I am a first time RV owner. Needless to say when something goes wrong it can be overwhelming! I had problems with my clearance and tail lights. Not only were my electrical problems diagnosed correcctly, but the problems were fixed efficiently while I was kept well imformed about what was being done... why... and the cost I would incur. Whatever comes up next I can honestly say I look forward to having Genesis work on my RV.I would like to give special THANKS to the gentleman with the ELECTRICAL EXPERTISE as well as to Brian, owner and manager, for his outstanding and truly appreciated customer service !”
