“My husband and I have purchased 2 travel trailers here and have been disappointed. we were first time RV buyers and lacked the guidance we really needed in making a sound decision. we have had multiple issues with the service dept and have multiple problems with the trailer we purchased. It stays in their shop more than we use it. they do not communicate with you and do not return phone calls when you call to inquire. there are some good people there in sales but I feel they guide you to what they want NOT what you really need.”

“My husband and I recently visited Oxford Camping World and was helped tremendously by Sandra and Jim. We are first-time owners of a motorhome and was guided by Sandra and Jim on purchases we needed for long distance traveling. Their knowledge and patience in helping us with our purchases ensures our return for future camping needs! Joey installed our purchases and his explainations of how they worked was very helpful to us also. We were treated with respect by all three of these emplyees!”
