  “We did not buy our coach from LaMesa RV, but we have taken it there for service and warranty work. They have an excellent service department and can diagnose the problem very quickly with the right repair the first time. Warranty work is performed without worry and done right. Regular maintenance is top-notch. If you need something out of the ordinary done to your coach, they will do it at a reasonable cost. Most work performed while you wait. They will install ride-enhancement parts, just tell them what you want and they'll take care of it. This is the best service department that we have ever used.”

  “I had the misfortune of having to deal with the service department at La Mesa RV-Tucson after my fuel pump went out. I arranged to have the RV towed from where it broke down and arrived at the service department at 4:50 pm on a week day. The tow truck/RV was 20 minutes behind me and I was told that there would be no one in the service department at 5:10, there was no place for the tow driver to drop the vehicle and they had no key drop. The service department was completely uninterested in assisting me and no one would stay the extra ten minutes. I've never seen such a horrible customer service attitude. They apparently don't need the business which is fine since they'll never see me again. I'll tow it to Phoenix before I pay them a dime.”

  Saleman action like a BABY

  “I attemped twice to buy a new 5th wheel from LA mesa RV in Tucson. The sale started out very nice, until it came to talking price of the new unit and my unit. The SALEMAN got very angry anytime I talked to him other than the MSRP. All buyer know that MSRP is only a begining price not the sales of any thing one buys. To make things even worse, he atemped to CHEAT me on the price of my unit. My nuit is new only used two months, the money he attemped to give was APPROXIMATELY $16,500 under blue book price at lowest end of scale. BAD,BAD, The saleman acted as a six year old child and jumped up and STOMPED out, stating as he left your only wasting my time nice way to treat people. I would never buy a unit from this company,and I will inform EVERONE I see that maybe thinking of going to them for an RV to go to another company.”
