  “i live in pa. i found this place on the internet. it was the second one down on the page and looked like a reputable site. when i placed my order for a cooling unit for my refrigerator for my rv i was told that it would take about 1 and 1/2 weeks to receive. after 2 weeks i called i got a very rude man. when i asked him for the tracking number he told me he would have to get back to me. when he didnt call back after 5 hours i called again. he again was short and rude. he put me on hold for about 1 min. thats all it took for him to get my info. it turned out the item had never been ordered. instead of apologizing and trying to make it rite all he said was he would get it ordered that day and ship it out in 2. folks i was leaving town it 2. no explanation just rudeness. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST I HAVE DELT WITH IN A LONG TIME”
