  “Took them a trailer with a leaking water line, electrical fault, and asked for a brake check. They said there was no leak (water spewing out as soon as you turn on the pump, hello?), the batteries were low (YES - because of the electrical fault!) and when we picked it up the brakes were not working at all. Don't go there.”
