  “Bought a new open range 5th wheel in folsom Sac. Had some warranty issues. Rather than driving back to Sac.. (6 hrs), we arranged for B&B rv in Redding to work on the 5th wheel on the homeward leg of our trip. After 9 phone calls,Not 1 of them returned, we finally were told by the service manager that If we would have purchased the rv there he might done more to help us!!!! So we had to make that 6hr trip back to Folsom RV to get the work done! Found out later that when FLRV called B&B in redding that they didn't even have the parts and there evidently wasn't even and attempt made to get them!!! I Really want to name the jerk who was supposedly doing his best to help us BUT no.!!!
