  “Needed a spare rim for my car trailer that is about 12 years old, also needed a dust cap that got knocked off when the tire shredded. Much to my surprise, Benlo had the EXACT rim, size, bolt pattern and matching color on the shelf. Also had an exact match dust cap and the guy was more than helpful. Saved me a trip to the south bay area to the manufacture that would have probably charged me twice what Benlo did. They always have what you need!”

  “I just finished reading the review posted by Patricia and though I did not witness the interaction, I can confirm the patience, professionalism, honesty, and willingness to assist anyone with RV issues from the entire Benlo staff. I discovered Benlo several years ago and have been a regular customer ever since. Benlo's caries practically every part / component available to the industry which make it very convenient and on that rare occasion when they don't have what I need, they have ordered from local distributors and had it there the next day. They have assisted me in repairing my 5th wheel by teaching and coaching me on how to repair some components myself and when it wasn't feasible for me to do it, they made any necessary repairs for me at a very reasonable price. We have developed a relationship that cannot be dulpicated at other RV service/repair facilities i.e. Camping World, etc... and would give them five stars if possible.
  
  I highly recommend Benlo RV and will continue doing business there ad-infinitum...

  “Hi, I'm Thilo, the Benlo Service manager!
  Patricia purchased an air conditioner from our store, which her boyfriend installed. She said she had problems, spoke with us and the manufacturer of the unit. She then brought it to us to check out. After confirming that her boyfriend had installed it correctly, we tested it for several days, monitoring the thermostat functions and amperage. When no failures were found, she came to pick it up. According to our clearly posted minimum labor rate on the front door (actually, our appliance minimum is $72), we charged $48.00(1/2 hour- far less time than was spent). The manufacturer of the unit does not pay us labor for units that function properly. A parts purchase likewise does NOT entitle a customer to free labor.
  After she voiced her displeasure, and after explaining all this, I had two options: hold the vehicle until payment (if not received in a given time, lien sell the vehicle) or simply waive the bill and ask her not to return.
  I waived the bill, charged nothing, and asked her not to return.
  It seemed gracious to me, all things considered.”

  “I purchased an expensive piece of equipment from them and it was not working properly as soon as it was installed. When taking it in they could not figure out the problem and then they tried to turn around and charge me money for looking at it. While it was still under warranty and had the nerve to tell me that I was in the wrong. They are very rude they have no customer commitment here. This company is just in it for their selves. I do not recommend them.”
