  “They have a small retail space for parts. They carry most of the emergency parts you'll need (lens, plugs, fittings, TP, chemicals, and a few extras, etc.) If you know what your after, they have catalogs with everything in them. They'll take your order and notify you when it comes in. Personnel were helpful and friendly. I found that if they don't have the part, they know somebody in town that does and can help you. They'll even call over to the other business to verify the availability/price/etc. and off you go.”

  “Had recent bad insurance experence. Have taken my RVs there for years never a good experance this time was bad. Very dishonest. All I have to say is that I paid $650.00 for an RV shower curtain $85 parts 4 hours labor @$95 WOW. Shame on You C & S wont ever be back. I would trade my RV in for a boat before I go back to you for repairs. You are the reason that Insurance premiums are so high.”

  “C & S is incompetent, dishonest, and have very poor communication. I brought in my RV for repair. They were unable to source the part needed to make the repair (a task I accomplished on my own in less than 15 minutes on google). Additionally, they lost my property, admitted they lost it, then changed their minds and refused to replace, or compensate. I have had to make 10+ visits and never have received any communication in return. I am an easy going customer, but this is the worst business Ive ever dealt with. It is obvious they do not care about customers. STAY AWAY.”

  “My first encounter with C & S was a recallon my Fiver. The work was preformed while I waited 30 miniuts at most . There was no drop it off we will get to it. I found the prices to be very competitive ,in fact the best prices I have encountered. I am taking my fiver in for brake adjustment Friday,Pre ops. for an up comming trip to Washington State.For a medium shop they preform like you are family not just another RV to knock out in short as time possible.”
