  “During our annual trek from Rapid City, S.D. we have been stopping in Kansas City, Missouri for a few days to recoup. To be exact, we stay at a very nice and secure little park called Campus RV Park. The first year we were there we had several problems with our Allegro Bus. We asked the Park Manager, Don, if he could refer anyone. He gave us a card from RV Anywhere. We called them and they responded they made an appointment the next day. The resolve all but one issue, in which a part had to be special ordered. That part was sent to us later. Since then we travel through Independence twice a year and we always make a list of things that need to be resolve so that we can have RV Anywhere take care of them while we are there. Unfortunately there have been times we needed assistance while we were staying in Marathon, Florida. Michael Lewis had told us in the past that they were planning to open a branch in the Florida Keys. To our delight, we were told during this visit that they will be opening their branch in either Key West, Big Pine Key, or Marathon this winter. If you are as critical about whom services you RV as we are, you can count on the gentlemen at RV Anywhere. Unless it's an emergency, we wait until we can have them on it.Take it from an avid and long term RV'er, you won't find a better mobile service company. J. Stewart”

  “A special thank you to the extraordinary staff at RV Anywhere. While on our family vacation we experienced a lightning strike in the park where we were staying. The strike shut down our entire electrical system. We called around and no one wanted to take on such a task in order to repair. We were referred to RV Anywhere by the Park Manager. From the moment they awnswered the phone, we felt like we were their only customer. Since our problems qualified for their emergency service they had Mike Lewis, the manager or owner sent out within the hour.I should mention it was 7:00 p.m. Mike was able to get us temporary power for the night. First thing the next morning he and Ken Mitchell were back going through the entire electrical system. As it turns out the Dealerships were wrong in telling us that we would have to replace most of the electrical components and circuit boards. They told us we were fortunate to have had such little damage. I shutter to think what may have happened if we had taken it in to a Dealership. Rv Anywhere is without a doubt the finest Rv service group we have ever experienced. Like so many other reviews we read of theirs, we are endorsing them to everyone we meet.   “We were headed to Colorado and experience problems with our electrical system and lost one of our a/c's because of it. Knowing how complicated the Tiffins operating systems are we didn't won't to take our coach to just anyone. We called Tiffin for a recommendation. They had only one company they endorse in the midwest. We called RV Anywhere Mobile RV Service for an appointment. They put us on their emergency schedule so we detoured to Kansas City. Tiffin had made the right suggestion yet again. The Tech from RV Anywhere began diagnosing the problem and within an hour had the problem resolved, and our air back online. So far in our 17 years of RVing, RV Anywhere is the only Mobile Service company we recommend. Thanks again gentlemen.”

  “A friend recommended RV Anywhere Mobile RV Service of Kansas City to us, just by saying they are the best Technicians the had ever seen and were very pleased with their experience. Normally we would go to the Dealer and drop our Motorhome off for a couple of weeks. This time we called RVA, set and appointment witht them since it wasn't an emergency it had to be the next day. A few minutes before the scheduled appointment, a nice Service Van pulled up to our home. A uniformed man, clean and well groomed approached our door with a laptop. We thought, goodness, a salesman is here right before our appointment with RV Anywhere. As you figured, yes, it was the RV Anywhere Technician. We sat down, entered the info onto his computer, and he was able to tell us exactly what the repairs would cost. We approved the estimate. In the meantime the Tecnician was preparing to remove the refridgerator. He even covered the floor with a large tarp to protect it. In the meantime another Service Van identical to the first with another Technician appeared. They could have been twins. The second gentleman apparently was there to assist in the removal since it requires two people. They completed what they were contracted to do. Cleaned up, and presented the invoice.The invoice and estimate matched exactly. This was another first for us. We believed are friends that the service would be good, but this honestly is not what we expected. They seem to have every tool, part, or piece of equipment to do everthing they needed. After they were gone, you couldn't even tell they had been there. By the way, it was the Norcold refridgerator recall they was performed. Who would have known that a Mobile RV Service Company would be so organized and professional. For a $50 dollar service call, I won't be going back to the Dealer. Thank you RV Anywhere Kansas City.   “I am an adult female. Not unlike any other female I am always a little apprehensive about service companies in general, especially after some experience myself with being taken advantage of. As a semi full timer I have had service at the Dealer, but never a Mobile Service Company. After discovering a leak in my water system by my neighbor in the Park. I went to the Park manager and ask if he could refer me to someone. He said I need to call RV Anywhere. I did, they responded in less than an hour. another hour later it was fixed. i had several other issues that required repair so I decided to allow them to fix them since they were there already. Several parts had to be ordered. The parts arrived when they said they would. The final bill was slightly less than the orignal estimate. The performed the work with consideration to my privacy and with no inconvenience what so ever. They were neat and cleaned up after each task. I confidently paid in excess of $1400.00 for all that I requested to be done and believe it was far less than any Dealer could have done it for. I now know these people and trust them completely. Do yourselves a favor and don't let anyone else touch you RV. In fact I recently had to call them back for another issue that occurred. I fail to get winterized in time and again they responded within an hour to begin thawing out my unit, and repairing the busted pipe, even though it was freezing outside. With deepest appreciation.   “We gambled on calling from a web-site listing. Or so we thought. Never expecting this company to exhibit the level of service they claim. We have a hard time remembering anyone in service much less the RV business that could be so easy and trustworthy to deal with. We comfortably left the keys with the Techs everyday with no reservations. Never did we think we would ever do this. So glad we did. We were able to take care of our onw business.   “I was referred to RV ANYWHERE by the Campground Manager. I had to leave my Tiffin in storage while I traveled. Unfortunately there were several repairs to be made while I was gone for a month. They provided me with an estimate and a time frame the it would be complete. Like anyone would be, I was apprehensive about leaving it in the care of someone I didn't know. I am glad I did. The estimate was dead on, and fair. The repairs were complete with no problems remaining. Where has this kind of business gone. Is RV ANYWHERE the only ones who do what they say they will do?
