  “Charlie arrived at our RV to look into our washer/dryer problem. After he called Techsupport for our manufacturer. he reset the dials and told us to call him after the cycle finished. Well everything was working as per stanadards and when I asked him how much do we owe you, he responded nothing. He honestly could have charged us for travel time and a min. of 1 hour of labor. This is the kind of man that we in the RV world dont meet very often. Thank You! Charlie”
