  “I wish ZERO stars was a rating option. We've been burned by their service department for Spring Inspection. They kept my RV for 6 weeks, when I was told they would get it done in a couple of weeks. I was told everything wad fine. Didn't even get to use the rv and I found the refrigerator and furnace didn't work, water heater was still drained with antifreeze still in tank! My tires looked like someone got them buried and stuck in mud. Dirty footprints on my carpets from someone's work shoes. They obviously overlooked or neglected doing the work they charged me. Spoke to Service Advisors but was told they couldn't help since I took the rv off site.”
