  “They came out to our location, we didn't have to pack up and go to them, and fixed the RV refrigerator and then helped us avoid problems with the AC! We travel the country and it is difficult to find service like this. The technician really knew what he was doing.”

  “I would never have the lady that answers the phone work for me for fear I wouldn't have any business. She was aweful and hung up on me when I complained about the service.”

  “Tried to make appointment for service and was treated very rudely and unprofessionally! Was asked how the fridge could be taken out...like I would know? Isn't that their job to know? Am sure the woman that answered the phone isn't the one to make service calls, but she sure isn't scheduling alot of appointments for them with her rude behavior! FYI...there are alot of other businesses out there that WANT our business!!!”
