  “Can't rate the quality of their work because they didn't do any work.
  Called repeatedly for help with my RV fridge...they never bothered to return my call.
  Their truck drove past my campsite several times while I frantically waved my arms and shouted...they never even slowed down.
  Absolutely useless.”
