  “ If it would allow me to give no stars I would. I drove over 10 hours from Tennessee and live over 2 hours away. I arrived over 30minutes before closing and the salesman refused to allow me to look in a motor home because he had locked up early. I explained my travel issue and he said, too bad, I've been here all day. I will never use them and would advise my friends and family not to as well.”

  “Floyd's has the most poorly managed service department we have ever encountered. Speaking from a recent experience, they had my RV for four (4) months. The total amount of time spent actually working on it was somewhere between 7-12 days. By the time the damage caused by the broken part was finally fixed, they apparently forgot to replace the broken part, for the problem recurred immediately... they then had the nerve to charge me $10 for the broken part... on top of the $4800 we'd already spent. We'll never visit there again... and certainly would never recommend them to even an enemy, much less a friend.”
