  “They don't follow through except to cash your check. They do not return phone calls. They cashed a check for a deal that was never finalized. They only have time to cash checks, not return phone calls. They also never provided fabric samples after asking and being told 3 times they would. Will never buy here, going elsewhere after we get our money back.”

  “Contrary to the previous reviews, we received excellent service from the Grumbine service dept. We had an appt for them to work on our Winegard satellite, we arrived on time and they took the MH into the service bay immediately. Their work was excellent and everyone was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.”

  “I'll second the previous post. People promise to do things, then forget about it. Took unit in for service on Monday, told it would be ready on Friday. Found out on Friday that they hadn't touched it.”

  “Grumbine's may give you a good deal on your RV but they forget about you once the RV leaves the lot. If you are looking to have service on your RV completed on site or have questions after your purchase, you might want to consider paying a little more for better customer service.”
