  “Not happy at all w Convience Rv Park & repair. While making a repair on my siding, they knocked a hole through the interior panel & didnt tell me. When I got home & pushed out slide, 2 big holes in bedrm panels. They fixed it @ no charge , but repair panel is white & original was beige, now it got 2 colored panels on same wall! Tried to overcharge me by $400 on a ref/freezer, when comparative shopping first call to ppl was $400 less. Overcharged me on both the original quoted instal price. Girl @ frt desk was rude, asked her to look on her computer for a # of parts dealer that I needed & she looked @ me & said please!? She was on facebook & I guess she did not want to quit chatting to help a customer. I had to walk outside. Ive spent over $5k over the last 3 years w them & now I have to say please for customer service. Dont use them! I wont!”
