“Took my brand new Coachman to these clowns expecting to get my warranty repair fix!! Ended up with a customer repair cost of about $400!!!! Customer beware!! I ate 1 month of warranty plus a bunch of money!!!”

“I called in to get a thermostat for my air conditioner. The fella that answered the phone was very nice but wanted me to call back a second time with numbers from my air conditioner. At first I thought he was just not wanting to do it but it turns out he can use the numbers to make sure we get the right part and check if there's any new wiring we need to know about he get that too. he gave me a price but it was too high, so I called Dometic my self and found out they asked the same questions but charged more for the thermostat upgrade kit so I went back to these guys. I put everything in like the diagrams show and it works. I just wish they could do it all with one phone call.”

“These are just normal folks trying to give good service at a fair price. The guys that came out to do our toilet had to make a second trip because he didn't know which model we had and had to order a part but it's still working a year later”

“The personnel at this shop are very down to earth and honest. They don't try to sell you all kinds of stuff you didn't ask for but they also don't spend a lot of time trying to glue together a bunch of old junk. If it's broken they see which is smarter and cheaper fix it or replace it and off they go.”
