    “We looked in a couple other places before visiting Holiday World. Gary was our salesman and immediately took us to see a motor home they had just gotten in. It was in excellent condition and was in our price range. We bought it and got delivery in one week. They were very professional, courteous, and did not apply pressure. They did everything they had promised.

    “My husband & I purchased our first RV from Holiday World in League City during April, 2013. Ray Silva was our salesman. He helped us every step of the way & made the process pleasant. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager were just wonderful to work with & made sure we were well taken care of. The guy who did our walk around with us was very helpful & answered all our questions. We had plenty of questions since this was our first ever RV. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a RV to go to Holiday World!”

    “We decided to start looking for a motorhome and went to Holiday World League City on a whim. We found several in our price range but one that we liked more than the others. We were not hounded or pressured to buy by the salesman (Ty). He gave us plenty of time to look them over and talk amongst ourselves. When we decided to purchase they made the process easy for us. We would recommend them to our friends and will probably be back to do business with them in the future, since this is our first motorhome we have ever had. We had looked at motorhomes elsewhere and were not impressed with the selection or service they had.”

Our sales folks, Alie and Don were really helpful throughout the whole process. Over in Service, I have been dealing with Linda all the way down the line and wouldn't trade her for anything. Its always a pleasure stopping in for warm cookies and a friendly chat. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
    rick in finance put it all together for us quick and easy, and when the trl wasnt what it was supposed to be when it got there, we got a really nice discount off a even newer one.”

    Holiday World of Houston saved my vacation

    “Holiday World service department completely save my vacation and my RV purchasing Loyalty. Danny LeBlanc helped my husband on Monday morning when he came in to drop the RV off without an appointment. We were out on the only vacation we have been able to schedule this summer, booked a spot on lake Livingston for 9 days, but had to leave at 10:30 Saturday night due to electricity issues with the trailer. This means we had 1 night and hadnt even been setup for 24 hours on the site. Danny told my husband he couldnt guarantee anything and that they may not even look at it till Thursday due to the amount of RVs ahead of us. I called and left a message for Danny Tuesday morning and he immediately returned my call. I explained to him the situation and that I really wanted to be able to go back to Lake Livingston and even if they could just check the trailer to ensure there really is an electric issue and if there isn't I would come back and get it so I could finish out my week of vacation. He said he would check with the Service manager and see what he could do and call me back. I received a call just a few hours later and Danny told me they checked it out and fixed everything and I could pick it up. I am completely ecstatic about the service they did for us and their ability to understand the situation and get me back on Lake Livingston. The repairs were done swiftly and well, my air conditioner and electricity are working well, they went above and beyond and also fixed a slide out issue we had been having that we did not even tell them about.
    After this service experience I will not hesitate to come back to Holiday World for our next RV purchase. This is the type of after sale experience that builds lifelong customers.

    They were very professional. Jose was patient and very understanding with my rather particular requests. I thought every member of their team was professional, and willing to help in any way. I had a minor problem to be serviced on the RV following the purchase. They were fast and extremely accommodating. Identified the problem, and fixed it, quickly and efficiently.

    I would recommend them for both sales and service. It seems the owner of this dealership runs a good ship.”

    “I had my RV in for service at another dealership and after MANY failed attempts, I took it over to Holiday World in Katy. They fixed the problem first try. There was a small wait for the part and I was in for service during the slow season so my wait was only a few weeks. They serviced my RV and were VERY professional EVERY time I talked with the service writer. I didnt even buy an RV from them but when I'm in the market, I'll certainly give this dealership a closer look. I can only imagine the service I would get if I had purchased my RV from them.”

    Ripoff at Holiday World of Houston

    “I took my vehicle to Holiday World of Houston, in Katy, TX, for a failed Rancho adjustable shock absorber on 21 Oct 2009. The adjuster knob would not turn to all positions. The part was under warranty; the service technician said he would order a new one. After four weeks, I had to call to get an update, and after listening to a song-and-dance about the delay was told, it would be in before Thanksgiving. On 9 December, I called again and after listening to another song-and-dance was told, it would be the next week. The part finally came in on 15 December.

    On 16 December, I went to pick up the part and was informed there was a labor fee for troubleshooting of $56.00 for .57 hours work. Now the problem with this is that there was no labor done. There is no disassembly or repairs possible on the shock absorber. Either the knob turns or it does not. This takes less than a minute to determine. Left with no choice after speaking with the service department I paid the charge and left.

    I went to a local auto shop to get the shock installed and watched as he pulled up a program to get the work time estimate. The time estimate was .57 hours. It is clear to me that I was charged for an installation time, something that never occurred.

    I have had numerous problems with the service department in the past, but this is the most blatant example of falsely charging I have encountered. Unfortunately, Holiday World of Houston is the only dealer of Lance Campers in the area and this is where I am forced to go for warrant repairs. I shall now be even more vigilant when doing business with them.
