“Zero stars is too many!
I took my motorhome there to have damage from a blowout repaired. They wrote an insurance estimate for ~$8000 which my insurance paid. My first attempt at picking it up after they reported the repairs were completed was a disaster. The converter/charger was hanging out of the 'rebuilt' cabinet and you could see daylight coming in from the wheelwell that they replaced. The drawer in the 'rebuilt' cabinet fell out in my hand, slide and all... The 'rebuilt' cabinet was crooked and the trim around it that was undamaged in the blowout was now broken and partially glued together. Also, many of the items on the estimate were not done. I begrudgingly left it with them to fix there shortcomings for another month. They 'rebuilt' the rebuilt cabinet once again and it was slightly better. The drawer now doesn't fall out, it sticks though. Their fix for the ill fitting wheelwell was to caulk it using what had to be at least one full tube of caulk. The compartment door that was supposed to be replaced wasn't, the bent exhaust wasn't fixed, the switches mounted in the 'rebuilt' cabinet were wired wrong. In all, they did less than 50% of what they charged my insurance to do. I gave up and took it from them. I had a mobile RV repair service finish in 2 days what they couldn't do in three months for an additional $600 out of my pocket. At least I can use my RV now...” -

“I would have given 0 stars if it had been available. They did work on our generator, virtually replacing every part and charged us over $2,000. We could have bought a new generator, but got past that. Took it on a trip and the generator gave out, we took it to 2 local mechanics and they both said whoever had worked on it had done a bad job. Drove back to TX with no A/C IN AUGUST!!! Took it in, they held it for over a month, never called we finally called them and they want to replace another part (one that the mechanic in Florida told us would be the most likely part to go bad from their terrible work (left metal grindings in the oil). Not only are they not standing behind their work they want another $800 to replace this other part. Then what next?? Talked to an RV dealer who said they are known for this type of scam. Steer clear. BEWARE!!!”
