  “I had a technician come over to my house on 06/22/2010 and charge me $70 for a less than 5 minute diagnosis on my dishwasher. Then turned around to tell me I had no power without pulling the dishwasher out from underneath the cabinet. HOW CAN SOMEONE POSSIBLY DIAGNOSE A DISHWASHER WITHOUT PULLING IT OUT FROM UNDER THE CABINET? They wanted to charge another $80 to pull out the machine which I did myself in under 2 minutes. Don't get ripped off. I don't recommend this company to anyone because of their business practices and HIDDEN FEES.”
