  “I left deposit on a used Toy Hauler. They deposited my check and I signed contracts only to have them sell it from underneath me! I demanded my earnest money back and now they are telling me I have to wait 15 days for my check to clear. It has cleared!”

  “Each time you call their parts department, no one ever answers the phone. Then if you just let the phone ring for over 15 minutes someone will finally answer. You give the information to that person and of course they do not handle the item you are ordering. But they will pass the information along. They don't, and you have to start all over again. Very poor service. Wish I didn't have to deal with Ardell Brown for anything. Never would refer a friend to them. Very poor service.”
