  “I took my vehicle here to be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. The service team assured me that it would take no more than 3 days to fix. 3 Days later, I hadn't heard a thing. When I called to get an update, I was dealt with very gruffly and told there was far more wrong with it than originally diagnosed. After a week of trying to find out what was happening, they let slip that they hadn't even looked at it yet. Turns out the original diagnosis was right. I was supposed to get my car today, however, they didn't bother to call and tell me they didn't have the part in stock - the third part they didn't have in stock in the last two weeks. My car has be kidnapped and I don't think I'll ever see it again. Don't do business here!”
