  “I dropped my travel trailer off at Dixie RV for service and parts. The parts arrived in less than a week, but after 4 weeks, still no work had been done. They never called back and gave me a dozen excuses why the work had not been done. I've been hung up on, put on hold for 10 minutes, I've even called and got an answering machine during business hours. They are not service friendly.
