  “I made you a couple of appointments and you rescheduled. I made you another appointment on a busy schedule. My technician appologized on my behalf and exlpained to you that I would be late and told you that you were welcome to wait until I arrived. I arrived 5 minutes after you left.   “They have lost me as ever being a customer. They schedule you for an appt and you drive a 42' motorhome there only to be told...oh is it today? Ricky is not here...well Ricky is the one who told me to come at this
  time. I am so pissed! No work done. If I could give no stars I would.”
