  “can I give them negative stars? Horrible customer service, no one knew what was going on, RV wasn't ready in time, had to wait 4 hours for a rental. They tried to put us in a smaller unit, but ended up putting us in a beaten/broken one. No refund on deposit and an unauthorized charge with no explanation almost doubling our total cost!”

  “I Bought a 2005 Winnabago Aspect. One week later, after it was supposed to be PDI'd we arrived for a 2:00 appointment. It still was not done. After waiting for an hour all they did was wash it and install new batteries. It still had dirty oil, missing a light bulb in overhead cab light, missing batteries in both detectors, missing handle on lower door compartment. Also no key for outside entertainment compartment and no key or hitch pin. There was supposed to be a prep kit. Also a tear in the awning.
  You know they say a good job is hardly ever mentioned, but a bad job gets told to everybody you know, and a few you don't. This information is also going to the State Better Bussiness Bureau!!”

  “Very bad experience with Western Motorcoach for the RV rental.
  
  The RV that we rented was in miserable state with the problems:
  1. Battery was too low, we had to jump start two times
  2. Carpet was stinking real bad, we had to spray tons of room freshner
  3. The driver key would get locked into the key socket
  4. Opening or closing any key lock for the outer compartments was a 10 minute game of chance
  5. It is terrible that the emergency contact number listed in the Western Motorcoach contract papers (800-800-1181) was not functional at all! What is the use of such an emergency number if it doesnt help during emergency?
  6. Even after waiting 16 days instead of 10 days (as promised) the 500$ deposit not credited back.”
