  “If you take your RV in for service at Turning Wheel RV in Jackson MS be very afraid. I recently took my RV in for a propane leak inside the cabin. I was given a bill and was told that there was no leak. When I went to pick up my RV there was still a strong smell of propane in the cabin. I was told by one of the service guys that it must be a dead mouse. Being an engineer, I took a hand held CSA certified and recently calibrated hand held gas detector into the unit. The hand held unit went crazy. The propane content inside the cabin was six times the lehal limit. As I continued through the cabin with the hand held unit, it pointed out that there was a cracked propane line under the stove on the slide out. If I had been your average trusting elderly person I would have continued down the road and if we would have went to sleep there is no doubt that my wife, children, and myself would be dead. I can't speak for the shop in Ocala but, once I called them they seemed to get on the ball in Jackson. I have a copy of the bill stating NO LEAK FOUND as well as the data downloaded to my laptop from the hand held unit including date and time of the reading. I considered a lawsuit but when I called the home office in Ocala they handled things very promptly and professionally. My opinion: Don't stop in Jackson Mississippi at Turning Wheel for service.”
